1. Different parts of the mold are made of different high-quality steels, and the key parts are made of cast steel and infiltrated with a certain amount of manganese steel. 

2. In the same set of molds, different heat treatment methods are used according to different requirements, (mainly CNC nitriding Technology, carburizing technology, carbonitriding technology, high-frequency quenching technology, etc.) 

3. The design structure combines the advantages of others, adopts a unique lower mold mutual clamping connection, and a non-welded connection between the mold and the hanging beam. 

4. The use of wire Cutting method processing, so that the upper and lower unilateral gaps of the mold: the floor tiles are reduced by 0.3-0.4mm, and the blocks are 0.6-1mm.
